It's not the picture that bothers me, it's her apparel in the picture. Why do girls feel they must show part of their chest to have the picture "model worthy?" For a school photo, the apparel is inappropriate.

Zero tolerance applies to weapons and intent. What this young boy brought to school would be considered by many to be a toy, or certainly a child's version of eating utensils. What happened to common sense? The school officials should be embarrassed by their over-reactive behavior.

Zero tolerance applies to weapons. This is a young boy who brought his eating utensils to school. Officials needs to use common sense.
